Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to provide certain information related to your Purchase, including but not limited to your credit card number, your credit card expiration date, billing address and shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in product or service description or pricing, errors in your order or for other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Contests, Sweepstakes & Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") provided through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules of a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, the rules of the Promotion will apply.

Changes in fees.

Hunty Tech, in its sole discretion and at any time, may change Subscription fees for Subscriptions. Any change in Subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Your continued use of the Service after a change in Subscription Fee becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the amended Subscription Fee.

Refunds

Except as required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos or other materials ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and licenses set forth in these Terms, and (ii) that posting your Content on the Service or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contractual rights or any other rights of any person or entity. Hunty Tech has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit all Content submitted by users.

You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, post, copy or use said Content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain, without prior written permission from us.

(f) Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits the use or enjoyment of the Service by anyone, or that, as determined by us, may harm or offend the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

In addition, you agree not to:

(a) Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overload, damage or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real-time activity through the Service.
(b) Use any robot, spider or other automated device, process or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Service.
(c) Use any manual process to monitor or copy any material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
(d) Use any device, software or procedure that interferes with the proper operation of the Service.
(e) Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

(g) Service attacks using a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
(h) Take any action that could damage or falsify the Company's rating.

Addicted minors do not use

The Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing or using any Company, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full power, authority and ability to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of the Terms. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you are prohibited from both accessing and using the Service.

Accounts.

When you create an account with us, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in immediate termination of your account with the Service.

You must immediately notify us of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Submitted Content), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Twinaway, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other foreign laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hunty Tech.

Copyright policy.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyrights or other intellectual property rights ("Infringement") of any person or entity.

If you are a copyright owner or authorized on his or her behalf, and you believe that a copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please email your claim to:support@hunty.ai, with the subject line: "Copyright Infringement" and include in your claim a detailed description of the alleged infringement, as described below under "DMCA Notice and Procedure for Handling Copyright Infringement Claims"

You acknowledge and agree that:

(i) you shall not retain, acquire or assert any intellectual property or other right, title or interest in the Feedback; (ii) the Company may have development ideas similar to feedback;
(iii) The feedback does not contain confidential information or proprietary information from you or any third party; and
(iv) The Company has no obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback. In the event that transfer of ownership of the Feedback is not possible due to applicable mandatory law, you grant Company and its affiliates the exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable, unrestricted and perpetual right to use (including copy, modify, create derivative works from, publish, distribute and commercialize) the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.

Suspension.
