Where does Hunty get its specialist data from?
Our company collects publicly available professional data from various sites, including social networking sites for professionals.
Is my Linkedin profile being used to view candidate profiles?
No. We are requesting a link to your LinkedIn profile solely to verify your account. We do not share any user data with LinkedIn.
What candidate contacts can I see on Hunty?
In addition to the LinkedIn profile through which you can contact the candidate, we may also show: the candidate's email address, telegram profile, skype, facebook, github, and stackoverflow account if the candidate has previously allowed access to these sources.
Can multiple people use the same Hunty account?
No, this is forbidden. We also have mechanisms in place to prevent this, which means the system will unlog a user if it detects that they are logging in from a different browser or device. We reserve the right to deactivate such an account at no charge if it is detected that more than one person is using the same account.
Can I invite a colleague to this resource?
Yes, of course. In order for your colleague to start using Hunty, he or she will need to fill out a form on our website with their personal company email, as well as their LinkedIn profile. After the application is reviewed, he or she will receive an invitations in the mail. It usually takes no more than 10 minutes to review the application.
What payment method is available on the site?
Hunty uses a payment system from PrivatBank - LiqPay, due to which you can pay for our services via bank card, as well as personal account in Privat24.
Does automatic subscription renewal work?
Yes, Hunty uses auto-renewal for your convenience, but we also provide an option to disable this option at any time.
Does Hunty store my payment information?
No, Hunty does not store your payment information and has no access to it. All payment transactions are conducted through PrivatBank payment solution.
What happens if I do not pay on time?
If you do not pay on time, access to unlimited candidate search and other features of your payment plan will be limited until you pay the entire subscription fee.
